Q and A's

When will I receive my purchase?

Each purchase will be shipped to within 24 hours of your payment. Aramex Store to Door will deliver 48 hours to 3 days, depending on your location. Remote towns or suburbs take longer.

Do you do repairs?

I do! Please contact me directly so we can organise the best possible way to get things done to your satisfaction.

Are your findings hyperallergenic?

I do my best to ensure all studs and hooks are suitable for sensitive ears. They are either brass, silver or stainless steel and gold plated.

Are you proudly South Africa?

Defintiely! All the findings are imported, but everything else is handmade in Durban by myself and a small team of young women who help out when I need them. I strongly believe in fair trade, and your purchase goes a long way in contributing to their household income.

Our beautiful velvet bags are handmade by a local NGO.
